The Greater Boston AYF-YOARF chapter and Hamazkayin have come together to bring the “Garegin Njdeh” film to the East Coast.
Bring your family, bring your friends. Everyone’s welcome! Â We especially encourage members of the Greater Boston Nejdeh Chapter to attend as Nejdeh was a critical figure in our organization, chapter and nation.

Freedom fighter, statesman and political thinker Garegin Njdeh (1886-1955) was one of the pivotal figures in the Armenian quest for an independent Armenian nation and a revolutionary leader in Armenia, Bulgaria and Russia. The story of his struggle for Armenian statehood comes back to life in an acclaimed new Armenian film also shot in Russia, Poland, and France.
An Armenian feature film that tells about the great Armenian son, glorious general Garegin Nzhdeh and his military path, including the well known and also not so famous episodes from his life. The film stars Artashes Aleksanyan, Shant Hovhannisyan, Khoren Levonyan, Chulpan Khamatova, Mikhail Efremov and others.
