The AYF maintains contact with its alumni and seeks their guidance and participation in several capacities. Many members today agree that alumni play a huge part in shaping their views, motivating their actions, and guiding their efforts.

The organization also publishes a newsletter to keep alumni aware of the organizations current activities and programs, while simultaneously serving as a fundraising mechanism. The newsletter subscription list is constantly growing, showing the support and enthusiasm of alumni.
