Following the success of last year's change in format, this year Junior Athletic Games moves back to New England, and will maintain the same family-oriented feel of last year's games. 

The weekend will kick off Friday night with a welcome social for all Juniors, Seniors, and parents (more details coming soon).  We have arranged special hotel accomodations for out of town families, a discounted AYF rate of $115 per night at the Doubletree Guest Suites Waltham, the same hotel used earlier this year for NATs.  To book a room, call 781-890-6767 and ask for the AYF rate.

Saturday morning starts off early with the swimming events, then at noon the competition will move to the track events, which will be held at Victory Field in Watertown.  A bus will be available all day to take juniors, seniors, and parents between events.

Saturday night the athletes will celebrate with live music and the presentation of awards at the Olympic dance.  All juniors who participate get in free.
